Rick Bayless: I’m Rick Bayless, and I am the chef and owner of Frontera Grill, Topolobampo, XOCO, Leña...it kind of goes on and on, and I am here at the Adler Planetarium, doing the Shell and Mastercard Priceless Table Event in Chicago. We really look deep into the roots of traditional Mexican cooking for our greatest inspiration, and that’s what we’re going to be putting on a plate tonight. We’re going to feature a beautiful mole on the menu, because this is a very special occasion and a very special place.
Guest 1: I saw that Rick Bayless was going to be the chef, and I have been a big fan for a couple years, so I had to sign up and I’m glad I did. I never thought I’d be eating at the Planetarium, but here I am.
Guest 2: You can’t get this experience having Rick Bayless, the chef, come out and explain all the dishes and have it served to us. I mean, it’s great.
Guest 3: We’ve been to all of his restaurants, but the experience is not quite the same as tonight, and we feel very fortunate to be here.
